Privacy Policy

1. Information Collected

• Log data: Title, watching or reading status, rating, note, and timestamp
• Sync data: Internal account and client identifiers used for pairing and synchronization
• Service usage data: Session identifier, feature events, initial landing path, referring origin, and UTM source, medium, campaign, term, and content
• Environment data: Device, browser, OS, and PWA or TWA installation status

2. Purpose of Usage

• Storing and viewing records, building timelines, and providing sync
• Analyzing errors and improving service stability
• Aggregating acquisition paths and feature usage to improve the experience

3. Retention and Destruction

• Synced records and account data are kept until you request Delete All Server Data.
• First-party analytics events are automatically deleted 180 days after collection.
• Deleting an account also deletes analytics events that store its account identifier. Anonymous events without an account identifier cannot be matched to a specific person for selective deletion and are automatically deleted after 180 days.
• Data sent to Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity is retained and deleted under each provider's configured settings and policies.
• When the law requires retention, information is kept only for the required period.

4. Third-party Disclosure

The Service uses Google Analytics 4 from Google and Clarity from Microsoft to aggregate visits and usage flows. Online identifiers such as cookies and environment information may be processed under each provider's policy. The Service does not sell user information or disclose it to other third parties except when required by law.

5. User Rights

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data. This can be done through Settings > Delete All Server Data or by contacting the operator.
